Just emailed Pam to find out about tickets !

Apparently there is a rumour going around that we have cancelled the event ! THIS IS NOT TRUE , EVERY THING IS GOING AHEAD AS PLANNED !

We can sell tickets on the door if need be for the day but we would

Ideally prefer you to book through the online shop to avoid disappoinment for three reasons.
If we don't know for certain that you are coming there may not be space left. We are currently using a room which approaching capacity limited space but can plan to use a larger venue if we know firm numbers.
If you turn up on the day we cannot provide you with lunch.
We cannot arrange your garden visit and so it would be our local Shaftesbury walk.

When will we receive our ticket?

There are no tickets being sent out , we will have a list of names on the day to tick off , then you will all get a nice sticker to wear .

Hope that clears things up .

You should have had an email through with directions etc to the venue and parking ? Let me know if you haven't got this .

Once again the event is not cancelled !

Emma, I for one have not received the any communication since the email asking me to register.  I suspect the false rumour that the event has been cancelled is feeding off this lack of information and the fact that people were expecting tickets to arrive in the mail.
Almost in Scotland.

Hello and thank you for booking to come to Shaftesbury. If you have not yet sent in your registration form, we need these by 12th February.
• The Venue is Shaftesbury Arts Centre, 13 Bell St, Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 8AR ‎.
• Tea and Coffee will be served at the Art Centre during registration, between 9.30-10am.
Breakfast? There are lots of cafes and a hotel in the centre of Shaftesbury, if you need breakfast on arrival.
Parking? Here is a link for you to an interactive map http://goo.gl/maps/KJudx if required. The free car park marked below will not appear in any online map – it is being opened up specially for you on the 15th. The paid car parks are currently charged at £2.40 for 4 hours.
Below, we have marked the Driving route between the Art Centre and the Free Car park in Blue and the Walking routes in Red. The walking distances are relatively short with the longest walk (from the Free Car Park to the Art Centre) takes 10 minutes, the routes are wheelchair accessible. The Sale Venue is a 2 minute walk from the Arts Centre.

We’ll walk through the grounds of the Trinity Centre to see the community planting of snowdrops (planted to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in 2012) and to the ancient Abbey where we will see a display of snowdrops generously provided by Avon Bulbs. Taking in the spectacular views south, we’ll walk down the ancient pathway where we’ve started planting more, into the lower part of the town, and back to the Arts Centre.
