Thanks, everyone; obrigado, Chloe,
Yes, Maggi it is Monday morning here but it's still my birthday where you are!
Had a very nice weekend with a half inch of rain "as a present" on Sunday morning!
Didn't need the "surprise" of seeing a metre long Brown Snake in the Rock garden Pond area on Saturday morning though!
Cheers

Fermi, sorry for the delay  :( . Happy B-day for you! I hope all that rain during the weekend made your rainlilies flower for you as a gift ;)

Obrigado, Mike,
Yes, a few rainlilies have been in flower already.
And Maggi, I thought I should show you the dessert I had at the dinner out with friends on Friday: Banana Tart Tintin with coconut icecream!

Fermi, how thoughtful you are to think of me, even on your birthday!!  :-* Hadn't ever considered making a banana tarte tatin... I will now!

It's Geebo's birthday today, that is, Guy, in Irleand... he hasn't been around the forum much in the last few months... I've sent our greetings to him... I hope he is well and just busy elsewhere!

It's still Tuesday where he is, but it's Wednesday morning here, so let me be the first to wish Thomas a very happy birthday from the Southern Hemisphere (I know there'll be more). I hope there are a few crocus in bloom on this special day for you!
cheers
