Thanks, everyone; obrigado, Chloe,
Yes, Maggi it is Monday morning here but it's still my birthday where you are!
Had a very nice weekend with a half inch of rain "as a present" on Sunday morning!
Didn't need the "surprise" of seeing a metre long Brown Snake in the Rock garden Pond area on Saturday morning though!
Cheers

Fermi, sorry for the delay
. Happy B-day for you! I hope all that rain during the weekend made your rainlilies flower for you as a gift
Regards from Madeira island

Obrigado, Mike,
Yes, a few rainlilies have been in flower already.
And Maggi, I thought I should show you the dessert I had at the dinner out with friends on Friday: Banana Tart Tintin with coconut icecream!
cheers

Fermi, how thoughtful you are to think of me, even on your birthday!!
Hadn't ever considered making a banana tarte tatin... I will now!

Belated happy birthday wishes, Fermi. And could I please have a small portion of that delicious looking dessert?

It's Geebo's birthday today, that is, Guy, in Irleand... he hasn't been around the forum much in the last few months... I've sent our greetings to him... I hope he is well and just busy elsewhere!

Best wishes from me too Guy. I hope that little white plant gave you much pleasure through your summer.

It's still Tuesday where he is, but it's Wednesday morning here, so let me be the first to wish Thomas a very happy birthday from the Southern Hemisphere (I know there'll be more). I hope there are a few crocus in bloom on this special day for you!
cheers
