Verbascum looks a bit like 'Christo's Yellow Lightning', which I think is actually a true (if unidentified) species, the leaves are quite green on CYL rather than the golden effect of V. olympicum; but then there are so many Verbascum species & they all look the same

Christopher Lloyd ("Christo") grew the species Verbascum olympicum at Great Dixter and it is still grown there today: see this clip:
