I think Mojmir Pavelka sells seeds, John - and maybe he has plants as well : http://www.pavelkaalpines.cz/

He calls it Geranium cinereum ssp.cubcaulescens var.ponticum  :-\  I knew G. cinereum var. ponticum was a synonym.
