With forecasts telling us that the winter weather will continue for several more weeks at least in the UK, Mark,  there are a lot of us wondering how perennials will be affected.  I'm hoping they will just be  slow to start.
Have your plants offered to grow yet or are they just "sitting waiting" ?

Mine are well through the ground, though whether they'll take a knock with this cold I'm not sure.  Looking perky so far.
