I am so pleased I found this wonderful, informative and colourful site - the pictures of the green snowdrops have me drooling and yes turning green with envy. I can only dream of owning one of these beautiful, dainty drops - with being new here I am studying all the posts and daydreaming. Thank you all so much for posting your pictures

Almost incredible, how all these wonderful virescent types show up from everywhere. Are they all just finds or the result of careful breeding?

Here is FEDERSCHWINGEN. If you get the chance to get it, use the chance
One of my absolute favorites, but not a cultivar of mine.

At first there was only one seedling.
Now a have a pot full of twinscaled flowering plants
So it is not longer a plant in the background.

How could we disagree, Hagen, it has a nice round ovary or receptacle and a delicate wash of green on the outers.

Hagen Engelmann, did not you try to cross the most green snowdrop with the most yellow form?
Appearance of large yellow spots is possible on petals (F2-F3).
Ukraine, Kherson.
Mintemp -32C (Over the last 50 years. Absolute minimum - winter of 1939-1940 -39C),
Maxtemp +41C (2005 y).
I am always glad to friends! https://www.facebook.com/ruslan.mishustin

I cannot speak for all but the vast majority are finds.
Almost in Scotland.
