Dear everyone, thanks so much for your birthday greetings. A quiet day, very cold with new season's snow on the hills, some very cold rain here. We'll go out for dinner in a weeks's time, Roger out of hospital today after an operation yesterday. As for going easy on the bottle Michael, that's one of the chief pleasures of being 66! ;D

My thanks again. So many good wishes. Every one is special and appreciated. No cake Luc. I didn't make one as I'm too tempted to eat more than my fair share, and there's only Roger and 2 dogs to share it with, and the dogs aren't allowed to eat cake. Not that that would stop them if they had a chance. :)
