Thomas,

Happy birthday!!  Congratulations.  Maybe not a crocus-shaped cake, but will your birthday dinner involve saffron?  You may not be able to see open flowers of them today on this rainy day, but you can at least partake of them in another form.  ;)

I hope it is a great day!!  8)
Cheers.

Either that is a giant crocus, or that's a mini-hubi.  Does that mean there are more than one of him?  :o
Cheers.

Hello everybody and many, many thanks for the good wishes!

Martin, the Herkules cascades work only in summer and two times a day as far as I remember. Perhaps we can have a look on them together in future if you publish a new book in Germany!?

Great photo, Hans, but you shouldn't post a photo of the giant-massanella-crocus we discovered to avoid its extermination  ;D

Belated birthday greetings, Thomas!
Here's a pic from the last of my fiftieth birthday parties where I had to cut the cake single-handed!

Fermi,

Dreadful to see how stressed that cat is.  A shame he is struggling so much!!  :o ;)
Cheers.
