I can taste that cheese from here. Looks like the wonderful stuff we had in Lofoten a few years ago, quite sweet, very smooth with a caramel flavour...delicious but what's it called?
Trond, thanks for the recipe.I am sure my hub would love this bread.I don't have any coarse rye flour do you think I could substitute some 12 grain flour?Have not seen cheese like that either, I too would like to know what it is.
