Yes, Lobelia laxiflora var angustifolia I think.

Thanks Brian. I saw it in the garden of a B&B I stayed in last night. I was up at 5am and should have aquired a cutting or three  ;D

Funnily enough Mark I have seen it all over the place just recently, mine has yet to be delivered from a friend....but it is on it's way ;D

I had it but lost it (too dry I think where I had it).  Where I got it from it spread by stolons very enthusiastically throughout a bank (of the garden variety, not monetary variety.... just in case Cliff or others were going to comment.  :P).
