Some kind of Galium?

Took this photo in the Vercors park in the Drôme department of France in late April.  My sources are failing me ... Thanks as always for your help.

Caryophyllaceae, surely? Not sure about the genus ~ Minuartia?

Interesting proposition.  In that case could it be Moehringia muscosa?
