I have tried
Habenaria radiata
from T&M and they are tiny (which is normal for the plant). I think you need to be an
expert
to get them to
grow
and needless to say I'm
not
and I
didn't.

You grow them like a bog plant in peat/perlite.
They're easy.

I agree with FredG, I find them quite easy. Bought them from T&M, no probs. They are in their second season now and growing nicely, much to my surprise.

Just to report.
Last year's plants
Pecteilis
and
Ponerorchis
have survived in an unheated greenhouse and are growing
I ordered and received 12 this year of which 11 are growing
Did anyone order the
Ponerorchis graminifolia
this year?
One of mine has come up purple leaved

Hi David,
thanks for the links. I indulged myself in Ponerorchis, they look so delicate and charming, I hope they grow for me (after i get them in 2011).
