We are indebted to Ben Parmee for the sad news that galanthophile and famous garden maker at BrandyMount,  Michael Baron, passed away on 6th October.  A fine obituary for Michael is posted on the website of the  Hampshire Group AGS website: https://www.alpinegardensociety.net/local-groups/hampshire
