A security update on the server means that auto-resizing of uploaded images no longer works. In fact it blocks the attachment of all images and has had to be removed.
This is a pain, but for now we will have to put up with it. Please make sure any images you upload have been resized first to save yourself a lot of grief and frustration.
It may be possible to fix this in future but I can't guarantee that.
