Convallaria transcaucasica
« on: May 14, 2022, 02:57:15 PM »
Does anyone have this plant?
I am no Convallariophile, but buy anything different that I stumble across at modest price and have 10-15 differently labelled plants, all of them uniformly different to each other. So long as the rhizomes are planted 2-3 inches deep, they all do well, are often a garden thug even, seemingly in almost any soil, except two plants received as VV.GG.267 around 18 months ago. They looked miserable a years ago, this year, one is no more and the second looks very tired with life.

Anyone any experience, or better yet, advice?

I have a nice clump with the label - C. sp. ex Tatra Mtns., that I had half expected to be the same plant.
