That's familiar!   Ian and I can walk around,  mentioning   plants by name that are doing well, half an hour later  someone askswhat it is and neither of us has a clue!

My dad always used to say "I've forgotten more than you'll ever know" in relation to gardening....but probably a lot of other things too
