Can anyone help me to identify this plant, please?

Hello gamadden!

That's a fritillaria, looking skywards, as opposed to hanging down, which is what the flowers usually do.

Looks like it may be a Fritillaria camschatcensis - the bi-coloured sort. They come on bicoloured green and black, green and dark greeny black and  very inky black.   Bit hard to tell when it's pretending to be a tulip!
Seems to be a young plant since there only seems to be one flower - more mature plants will have multiple flowers.
