Urginea/Drimia maritima - how to look after in winter

Hello everyone,
A couple months ago i was gifted two huge bulbs. They didn't have any leaves.
Most of my gardening here in the UK is in containers, pots so i planted them in plastic pots, quite large, in very gritty soil, but quite a lot of the bulb exposed.
Now one is starting to leaf out. Winter is near, rains a lot, little sunlight (location is shady anyway) what should i do? Leave them outside, cover/protect from rain/cold, bring them inside...a bit tricky as there's little room for two big pots.
Any suggestions?

Here, Antalya Turkey, it grows freely almost every soil conditions, and any one doesnt pay attention.
Here is full Mediterranean climate,means hot and drought long summer,rainy warm winter, no snow..
I hope ıt would be usefull.

I have grown Urginea maritime for about 6 years in large clay pots with a gritty compost. About half of the bulbs are above the compost.
I keep them in my glass house all year around - in summer (when they are dormant) to give them a hot dry 'bake'. In winter i insulate the glasshouse with bubble plast and heat it to about 4 C.
In that period they have big leaves, but they handle the low light level quite well.
In general they flower every second year.
I have tried them outside, but they did not survive our cold Winter, with temperatures down to about -10 C.

I am in zone 7, in the north of France. I have Urginea maritima outside, in the ground, in front of a wall exposed to the south. It survives, completely buried. It has only bloomed once in 10 years. Some winters, its leaves freeze, they are too large to protect them from a bell.

Thank you all for your messages.
For now the two large clau pots are outside. Thry seem ok.
The one that showed some green leaves seems to have stopped,  maybe because of the cold weather.
Will see how they endure the winter here.
