This design is somewhat redundant. I realize that. It was possible to make a greenhouse on. You can put the thermostat (0, + 1 degree Celsius) and convectors. It is much cheaper. But there is a possibility that the electricity is not one day or week. I live in an interesting country . If this happens, it is sure to be on the street -15, -20 degrees Celsius. Murphy and Parkenson's laws no one didn't cancel . What happens in this case ?.
More on the subject of Ru's alpine pit.... Nearly all pots have galanthus in them! It will be much easier to keep the pots from freezing in this deep pit-house than it would in an above ground greenhouse. Impressive, isn't it? !!! Added later in December - Ru's example of temperature comparison, inside and outside the pit .....
