Dwarf Iris

Can anyone put a name to this dwarf Iris.  It is about 3cms. high, stoloniferous and grows quite happily on a well drained raised bed I have had it for 15 years and have no idea where it came from.

Thanks Fermi, that seems to fit the bill.  I have now checked it on the web ad it meets all requirements.  The name even seems to ring a bell from the dim and distant past.
I was sure that somebody would know.

A new one to me, very pretty isn't it? Another one to look out for on the seed exchange. Do you grow it Fermi?

From what I can see, it looks as Iris lacustris, also.

Iris cristata commonly lurks as an Iris lacutris imposter in seed exchanges and in the commercial trade.  They can look so much the same. I'm certainly not claiming any real expertise here, but this is the best differentiation I've found:
