Bean's Trees and Shrubs
« on: January 27, 2015, 09:42:08 AM »
Came across this online version of W J Bean’s Trees and Shrubs Hardy in the British Isles. Looks like a useful resource for those who don't have access to the texts and one that is proposed to be updated too. For example: http://www.beanstreesandshrubs.org/browse/sorbus/sorbus-hupehensis-schneid/

Worth having this new link, Matt, thanks. The previous note was in the "books you may like to hear about" thread.

Bean's Trees and Shrubs is live online - a free resource for all gardeners, thanks to International Dendrology Society   -   http://www.beanstreesandshrubs.org/
