I am quite sure, that I did not plant this.

Has anyone an idea what it is? Flowering now and it survived at leat the last two winters (low to about - 14°C)

Ornithogalum, I'd venture Orntihogalum umbellatum.

Thanks for your suggestion Lori, but O. umbellatum looks distinct and flowers in spring!

I grow Nothoscordum bivalve and it looks similar to Paulis bulb, but it flowers in the spring/summer. Does var. namum flower in autumn?

Yes Poul, occasionally it blooms in October-November as well.
Also, it happens that the new bulbils produced in early spring may flower already in autumn.
