First Juno in flower here is Iris narbutii which opened its flower on Christmas eve.
Not the most stunning of junos but very welcome as little else is in flower.

An iris planifolia with Spanish roots in flower now, weeks later than the plants from Tunesia.

Beautiful early flowering Junos Luc.  Iris persica seems to be extremely variable in colour.  None in flower here yet but a friend in Lancaster tells me several are flowering now.

Steve, the standards in your Iris narbutii have not fully deflexed.  In I. narbutii, they should be fairly large for a Juno iris.  Is this the first time it flowers?  Next time it might improve.  In its best form it is one of the more stunning Junos.  This is a picture of one I have grown in the past.  It came from Jan Jilek.

It is the first time that this one has flowered Cyril.
Hopefully it will improve in years to come though I suspect it will never look as good as your plant.

I have another narbutii that clung on -surviving a decade of wanton neglect. I remember this being an altogether prettier plant (or maybe nostalgia is playing tricks with my memory!). Hopefully with a bit of luck, some TLC (and a judicious serving of Aberdeen Angus bonemeal) I can restore it to its former glory!

It is a beautiful combination of colours. You lost it ?

I know it went back recently after flowering but I am not sure I have lost it completely.  Will have to search for it.
