Did anyone else experience difficulty with PayPal? I clicked the checkout with PayPal button and the page came up in Chinese.

I experienced the same but it worked when I made an account and logged on.

I was looking forward to seeing Primula agleniana, but oh well, I see if it is there next year.

Has anybody received their seed orders yet?  No recent posts from Bjornar here or on his Facebook page.

I think I did see  a Facebook message from him the other day about being very busy and hoping seed would be sent out soon-  I wondered at thetime if he would post here - and of course, F/Book being  F/book  I cannot find the message again, since I don't remember what group it may have been made to.   :-\

Edit -   found it! It was on his Tillium.no page , not his personal one : https://www.facebook.com/trilliumno/

I am overwhelmed with work right now, and I am afraid I have to prioritize sending out orders over replying emails. I have sent out over 80 envelopes, including some massive orders, so far, and hope to catch up with the backlog by the end of January.

For those of you who get the Paypal page in Chinese - please log into your account at Paypal.com first - then the payment page will be in your account's language when you check out.

The early bird orders should receive an email with their tracking number from Paypal today or tomorrow. Someone in Sweden said they were going away on vacation, can this person please email me again? Gmail has made a complete and utter mess of sorting my emails, and I cannot find the message you sent me.

I'm sorry it's taking so long, juggling seeds alongside the newly opened wine store - with Christmas and New Year's in between - has been a bit of a challenge... I'll reach order #100 today, and hope to have caught up with the backlog by the end of the month. The first orders have thankfully started to arrive, and I will get tracking numbers and any refunds for sold out species added through PayPal as soon as I've filled another box with envelopes.

Orders up to #174 have now been posted - with the exception of "small lots", Australia and NZ, I will spend a day on those this week. Please allow a few days for me to add tracking numbers and do refunds, Chinese New Year is coming up, and I would like to prioritize packing and shipping  :)

Yann

that was very interesting to hear how you germinated your Arisaema seed in the Fridge or at least started your arisaema in the fridge, must try that method,

Time for another update: I got about 200 orders sent off before the Chinese new year holiday begun, 75 orders remain, and will be posted as soon as the offices open again on the 16th. If this is too late, then please email me, and I am happy to refund your order in full  (sometime over the next few days).

All orders that have been posted should have received an email from Paypal containing the tracking number, and many of you will have received a second email with a small refund - the sold out seeds will be specified, look for a collection number (e.g. "14-030").

I'm sorry it has taken so long to process this year's orders, the seed list has grown so popular that I have a hard time keeping up. You'd think hiring cheap help in China would be easy, but that, sadly, is quite far from the truth - thus I'm the one doing practically everything, from collecting the seeds to adding the final refunds in Paypal.

Very pleased with the seeds that arrived on Saturday, I have sown  most of them today. I never thought I'd be so excited to receive a packet of dandelion seed (tho' it is Taraxacum lilacinum).
Thank you Bjoernar!
