1 -5 .  Narcissus miniatus near Morón de la Frontera

No. 5 is a very small specimen from a region (near Coripe) were it experienced only few rain

1 - 3.  Narcissus serotinus at the foothills of the Sierra de Esparteros -
          - this was the largest occurence in Spain I ever noticed -
4.       an older olive tree

Would love to see these plants in the wild some time. What a profusion of serotinus! But the x perezlarae is a winner for me every time. Nice.

What a trip Gerd! One can only dream to see such a field with N. serotinus.

Forgot to say. The monarch is ovipositing on Asclepias curassavica.
