Bulb ID needed, please
« on: July 15, 2013, 02:33:23 PM »
A friend got this bulb as Ledebouria cooperi, which it plainly is not - but no-one at the show could suggest a name - so what is it?
Help?

We think it  may be Ledebouria ovalifolia but there isn't much in the way of photos to check against..... :-\

It looks like what I grow as L ovalifolia which came from Dawie Human in 2011.

I would agree with Cody on PBS, it looks very much like sandersonii rather than ovalifolia. I have some ovalifolia from Dawie in 2003 that are very different and will attempt a picture later today for comparison.
