Iris fosteriana was grown from Archibaldseed - so maybe your is relative of mine. ;)

As I used a model of a provider it is easy, but time is missing to complete it.

Luc, maybe you have luck - here every year are some flowers - this year it is specially lovely.
So some more pics of Iris fosteriana and two more (wet ::)) Iris persicas.

I have the same species in flower now, but the colouring of the lip is much darker Hans.
Does anyone know if the plants are that variable ?

Tony Hall confirmed that this is the real iris stenophylla s.s. from the Taurus.

It's very variable. Some plants are just showing a nose, others are near flowering.
