Can you identify this orchis

In our local nature reserve in Kampenhout called Silsombos we found a lot of orchis these days
We call this a  Bosorchis - Dactylorhiza fuchsii ( syn Dactylorhiza maculata supbsp. fuchsii, Silsombos
see picture 1
but picture 2 show us an other type
is this the same ?
