I think you need Andrew Turvey  -   aturvey@leevalleypark.org.uk - he will at least be able to help, I'm sure. He is "Myddelton House Gardens" on the forum and is, I believe, the Head Gardener there.

I'm told that the AGS Snowdrop Day on 7th February 2015 is fully-booked.  Last time (Feb. 2014) they added extra capacity nearer the time of the event so all hope is not yet lost.
Almost in Scotland.
