Hello,
I would like to wish all SRGC'ers a happy and floriferous New Year.  The berried holly-twigs we brought inside early December very appropriately put on a Janus-face of seed and flower for the New Year celebration. It was such a pleasurable surprise to discover the little blooms among the leaves; I wish you all many such surprises in your gardens this year.

The highlight in my garden for 2012 was the first flowering of a Primula scotica from SRGC-seed. My gardening wish for 2013 is for it to be drier than the last two years, which wouldn't take much given all the rain we have had the last 20 months.
