At the Blood Bank the other day, I was chatting with the nurse who has asked me to try to ID this plant.It was in a vase at the local cafe and she was so fascinated with it, that she had to take this picture.

Maybe it's Brunia albiflora, used as a green filler with other cutflowers.

I think it's a South African shrub grown for the cut-flower trade, Paul.
Peter Genat showed us some a few years ago at the Rock Garden Group - can't remember the name though!

I didn't know the plant
Brunia albiflora
so I was interested to make an internet search on it. Seems it is used as a florists' green filler but I was also delighted to see how pretty it is in full flower, too. Another lesson learned from the Forum! Thanks!
