HELP HELP HELP

I have always used the picture programme that comes with Windows ,now on Windows 10. Up until today it has always worked pretty well. Today for some reason it just won't resize my pictures so I can put them on the Forum.

Can anyone help or suggest another programme, not too expensive, that an IT semi literate like myself can use.

In desperation because I am pulling my hair out at the moment.

Shelagh, there  is  this free  tool,  https://www.srgc.org.uk/forum/index.php?topic=9993.0  and  now  it  is  possible  to simply  add  your  photos  to the  forum without  resizing -  simply  click to add them to your  post,  using the  attachimg ( full size  image  option) and  that works  well. It  is  not  100 percent successful -there  may be  micro interruptions  to connection that can throw  it  out  of  order, but  by  and  large  it  works  very  well and  is  used  by  a  great  many  forumists to post  photos with no prior  resizing  at  all.

Works fine to add the photograph without resizing. Sometimes the system can't handle more than 3 photos at the time (maybe it is the connection and not the resizing part of it) but then I do it a 2nd round if I want  to add more.

Shelagh - please  note that nowadays  you do not  even have  to download that tool- see  my  post  to explain about  automatic resizing  for the  forum by  using  the  attaching option and  simply  clicking to add  your  un-resized  photo.
