" With England now in its second lockdown we wanted to let you know that just like the first time around, we are remaining OPEN. We have worked hard to ensure that both our office and warehouse staff are able to work safely and continue to provide you with the service you deserve.

All the restrictions and safety measures do have an impact on our ability to process orders. Therefore, our despatch times are currently running at approx 10-14 working days.

National carriers are also being instructed to avoid contact where possible so if your delivery can be left in a safe place please provide this information during the checkout process on our website and we’ll let the carriers know. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched advising you how it has been sent.

If you want to order online, you can do that 24/7 or if you would rather contact us by phone our office hours are:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 5:30 pm on 01246 451077.

We will continue to follow the latest government guidelines and will keep you updated should anything change.
