Help sourcing Arctic and Alpine Salix, please

 An American grower, Michael Dodge, is looking for information on German nurseries that may have significant quantity of Arctic and Alpine Salix from which he could buy plants or cuttings.
Of Course, importing Salix into the USA requires a very special permit and Michael has a contact  who is applying for an import permit for Salix from Germany. He suggested that perhaps Michael could add some dwarf Salix for his collection to the import application. 

Michael reports that he has
"  ~50 dwarf species, hybrids and cultivars and I’m trying to develop the equivalent of a National Collection of Dwarf Salix at my Willow Nursery in Vermont. I also have about 200 tree and shrubby Salix!"

We hope that forumists will be able to help with news of suitable nurseries.....

I would like to see  a list of Michael's dwarf Salix collection and to know how easy it is to import plants from America?  There seem to be so very few on sale in this country and when we were in the Dolomites we found a wonderful collection on the Pordoi Pass.

Maria Galletti of Alpines Mt. Echo in Québec, now sadly defunct, had a wonderful selection of dwarf arctic willow species.  Rick Lupp had some of them from her but Maria's offering were to die for especially the Newfoundland species grown from seed.

I've sent seeds of Salix reticulata to Seeds exchange and have still few. I have to keep some for my own experience but I think that I can send 20 Seeds.
