Well good luck to all those happy bidders, I'm afraid my Piggy Bank was bare as ERNIE had failed to fill it up for me.  Hey ho!  I hope you get that which you desire ;)

I rather hoped that people were paying high prices to honour the memory of David Quinton.  Or am I being too sentimental?

Madness the prices paid for most ! :o :o :o
Some could have been obtained much cheaper elsewhere. ???

Indeed Trevor, they are listed elsewhere, but that doesn't mean you can necessarily get hold of one!  Nonetheless, like Alan, I would hope there is a bit of honouring David's memory.  I was delighted that the 'Josie' that I sent so that he could see it in flower reached such a high price which will be going to help provide for his young son.

I am sure David would have been happy to know that you have at least one of his snowdrops Loes.

Hello all
I was rather hoping to win Mose's Basket but it went beyond my piggy bank savings too  :)  Mainly I was hoping to add a snowdrop to my collection that once belonged to David in his memory.  I will have to be happy that I have his lovely book which I am saving until snowdrop season to read.  I have not even flipped through it yet as I want to savour it later.

Glad its nearly that time of year again
