Blue gem from Hong Kong

Anyone dare to make an estimated guess as to what this desirable little, blue flowering plant could be? It was growing at 800 meter altitude at Tai Mo Shan in Hong Kong.

It's a Torenia.

Widely used as an annual plant in hanging baskets and similar planting schemes. Google Images has lots of photos.

Thanks Rodger! I came as far as Scrophulariaceae but that was it. Unfortunately there is no online Flora of Hong Kong to check so I searched via the flora of China and ended up with Torenia concolor as the ID after your suggestion for the genus. Seems to be growing not only in Hong Kong but also in some of the other southern Chinese provinces. The plant was growing very remote and it was the only plant in a wide area which either means it is rare in Hong Kong or it is flowering a bit out of season. I wouldn't mind having it as a weed in my garden though as this species apparantly is a perennial... ;)

Too bad it probably isn't hardy in NL... :(
