Those leaves look very delicate and special! They remind me of the leaves of semiaquilegia ecalcarata.

And you are right that at first I thought they were similar to S.ecalcarata a bit but not quite.
Last year when the seeds germinated, they grew really slowly and I thought that this could be a very small plant, but now the leaves are bigger and when I googled A.rockii, it can grow to 50cm high. I think I have just the right place for it, but I have other Aquilegias also, and so I don't know how easily they all will hybridize.. it would be good to get pure seeds from these plants so that I can keep them growing even if something happens to these plants. Though I think they are hardy coming from so high place.
