I wonder if someone has tried to root Dianthus cuttings in September without bottomheat.Temperature in the greenhouse is still around 25°C in the afternoon

I've had reasonable results with Dianthus hybrid pinks, taking the cuttings at this time of year... they can be quite slow to root, but some eventually do.

Something I've found useful when in doubt is the water method.
You may want to try it to avoid having "all your eggs in one basket".
Remove the lower 4 leaves and place in a glass of water. Change the water every week until you can see adequate roots, then plant up.
It rarely fails.
