I spotted this in the Southern Alps in mid June.  It's smaller than Saxifraga cuneifolia.  Anyone have any ideas?

In which country did you see it ?
In French alps, there is only Saxifraga cuneifolia from this section but in southern alps, ssp. cuneifolia is smaller with few teeth on the leaves border and usually less than 10 flowers. It should be this subspecies.

Yes, it was in the Mercantour national park.  Very interesting information about this subspecies.

Thank you!
