What is the parentage? wallichianum X ?

I have seen this plant listed as  Geranium wallichianum 'Lilac Ice' - and from what I gather it is simply a "sport" from  'Rozanne' - differing only in flower colour  :-\

It is  definitively not a true wallichianum but a hybrid as it is sterile.
Does somebody knows who found it?
