Had a trip today to a little and reasonably local nursery I haven't used before (no mail order so all of you need not rush) and came back with:-
Cyclamen cilicum
" " forma album
a big pot of Galdiolus papilo
Haberlea rhodopensis
Sprekelia formosissima x 2
Haemanthus albifloss
Zephyranthes labuffarosa
Lapeirousia divaricata (I went for L. oreogena but he had lost it)
When it came to paying time the bill came to £11 (15.8 Euro)
I shall be back on numerous occasions ;D

Hi David, congratulations, it's great to can go to a nursery and find diferent plants.
Then show us pics of them.

David, now I know what to ask you before the next time I have to catch that ****** ferry!!
Maybe I should take Cris with me :D :D :D
-
Goodness gracious David. Surely that's a VERY BIG spend, for you? :D Some nice plants there though. I envy you the white Cyc. cilicium.

The nursery may not do mail order, but at those prices we could pay YOU to do it for us!! 8) ::)
-
I notice David HASN'T told us who it is....yet....
-
That's a very kind offer Ashley and I'll email you privately. Thank you.

David
You really can't lead us on like this without telling us who the nursery is! It's too cruel >:(

Now, Sue, I though your car was very sick :'(... you surely cannot be thinking about such a long trip south just for retail therapy? ::)
-
Maggie the car is now better, and I'm not completely ruined financially, but Devon is just too far for a day trip! However you never know who else might be passing and open to a bit of persuassion. ;D

stuckey`s alpines in exmouth would be my bet
judging by their plant list on RHS nursery list
-
I think you've got that in one, Mick... had you thought of police work, they could do with someone of your skills ? .... and the pension's good ! 8)
