Hi All
I'm new to the forum, I am a member of Plant Heritage from Essex and am working with John Carter of Rowden Gardens to rebuild the Caltha National Plant Collection.
I am trying to find any interesting forms of Caltha, especially the forms from China.
I would love to hear from anyone who grows any interesting Calthas or can suggest sources to help me.
I am also trying to find a missing Caltha Cultivar from the 1980's Called
Caltha palustris holubyi
This plant originated from Blooms and was sold by Trimscombe Nurseresies but appears to have been lost over the years
any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated
Mark

If it was sold in the 1980's it is likely the label will have been lost by now. How would one recognise it?

Good luck, Mark. Fingers crossed you can find all that you're after. This sort of heritage collection so often saves plants from oblivion, so wishing you all the best in your endeavours.
