Title: unknown climber

this lovely climber was growing in the conservatory/greenhouse where the bulb sale was. What is it?

Schizanthus pinnatus... it's not a climber though, more of a rambler.

 A Schizanthus of some kind , Mark. Not real climbers though more scrambling or  trailing.   My Grandfather used to grow masses of them- they were my Granny's favourites.  :)

 Yes, I think that's right, Brian.  The flowers are certainly showy enough to warrant that name. Pretty things.

I thought poor man's orchids but didnt recognise the scrambling habit. Is it too late to plant seeds? No I didnt take any

and thinking about it in work are poor mans orchids huge flowered blousy annuals?
