It looks like a species rather than a hybrid but other than that.....? Is it very tall?

Hello Paifu, welcome to the forum.
All I know is that your Dahlia is an anemone-flowered type  similar to the species Dahlia rudis but I think it is more likely a modern cultivar....
See here for some examples : http://www.dahliaworld.co.uk/anemone.htm (http://www.dahliaworld.co.uk/anemone.htm)

Perhaps this site can help : http://www.dahlia-nds.co.uk/about_dahlias/Specie_Dahlia.htm (http://www.dahlia-nds.co.uk/about_dahlias/Specie_Dahlia.htm)

I was going to suggest

http://www.national-dahlia-collection.co.uk/en/ (http://www.national-dahlia-collection.co.uk/en/)

but I can't see anything like it on there.
