Title: Unknown Dactylorhiza
Post by: Magnar on July 24, 2012, 08:40:43 PM
I have this plant growing in my garden for a few years, and this year it's flowering for the first time. There is no label, and I can not remember where it came from. In the beginning I thought it was one of our natve Dactylorhiza maculata, which easily self sows both in the garden and in the wild. But this plant is much bigger than the wild ones and also much more heavily spotted. Any suggestion as to what it might be will be much appreciated.
