Title: Trillium grandiflorum 'Kath's Dwarf'

Some years ago I bought Trillium grandiflorum 'Kath's Dwarf' last year, I moved it to what I mean was a better place, but this year it came not up, I've looked into the soil where I plant it and can not find the tuber, so I'm sure I've lost it  :'( Is there anyone who can tell where I can buy it again, or are there members who offer me a tuber?

Edrom has a plant with that name.
