I found this succulent growing on a wall on Bryher, Isles of Scilly. Obviously in the Aizoaceae but can't work out which (even to genus). A fairly shrubby species with smallish, bright yellow flowers.
Any help much appreciated.

Great plant, though I cannot help with a name.
Carpobrotus edulis, the Hottentot Fig, grows in the Channel Islands... but it's pink, isn't it?

Hmmm, had a poke around to discover that Carpobrotus edulis can be yellow flowered.
Aaron's picture shows a plant with muliple flower heads and more rounded foliage, as opposed to the Carpobrotus edulis which seems to only have solitary flowers and more angular foliage. So that was a dead end!

Saw plenty of Carpobrotus edulis on the trip too, both pink and yellow. You are right Maggi, this plant had groups of flowers of flowers (which were also smaller than the hottentot fig) and less angular leaves.

Someone on Flickr has just suggested Scopelogena verruculata which looks like a good match, though there are few good images online. Anyone familiar with this species?
