After a 6 - 8 week wait I have Petronymphe decora germinating well in a pot.
As I know absolutely nothing about this plant (other than that it is a member of the family Alliaceae / Themidaceae and that it is quite closely related to Bessera elegans), I would be very grateful if somebody could suggest possible growing tips so I don't end up killing them with kindness!
Thank you

Congratulations, Rogan, on getting this lovely bulb in your collection.
I have only ever seen photos of it, I'm sorry to say. I'd love it if more Alliaceae had its full pendant flowers.
It's from Mexico, summer growing, winter dormant, so I'd imagine it wants plenty water in growth, the odd feed and kept pretty dry in winter. I would treat it like all bulbs, give it a really good draining compost and try to keep the seedlings growing on for as long as you can in their first growing season, to get their reserves as high as possible before dormancy.
