Title: Swertia bimaculata

Anyone an idea where I could find a plant (or seeds) of Swertia bimaculata?

 I might be able to help you there but Im not sure if its bimaculata. Are you still looking? I will look to seed if the seed has not shed.

With so many nice, annual Swertia out there I'm a bit curious as to why you'd like to grow the ugliest of the bunch? Can keep an eye out for seeds when I'm back in China this autumn, pretty sure I've seen it grow wild near Kangding.

I agree that the plant on your picture is nicer, but it's not a Swertia, isn't it?
